Missio
   • Missio (юр.),
       1. увольнение от военной службы:

Во времена императоров miss. honesta сопровождалась подарком или пенсией, правом гражданства (civitas, Цивитас) и правом брака (ius conubii); приказ о подобном увольнении вырезался на медной доске и выставлялся публично. ср.: Dimissio, Увольнение от службы, и Dilectus militum, Набор войска, 5;
       2. Missio gladiatorum давалась гладиатору, несколько раз поражавшему своих противников или получившему опасные раны, либо по милости народа, не потребовавшего в случае поражения его смерти, либо на основании условий договора, а впоследствии и по милости императора;
       3. Missio in possessionem или in bona, ввод претором во владение, по которому введенный получал право на имение и таким образом обеспечивал свои права относительно собственника имения.
